FAQs

When should I get my trial run and how much does it cost?
The point of the trial run is to consult and experiment in order to find the perfect look for you on your big day! The cost of the trial run is $150 and includes hair and makeup. During this time, we will try a style that you are imagining for your big day. If you love it and its everything you imagined, great! If you find maybe its not fitting you well, we can try another. This is the time to experiment =)

Do I have to get a trial run if my budget is tight or I cannot find the time?
Although a trial run is NOT necessary, it simply helps things move more smoothly on the morning of the wedding. This morning can sometimes be hectic, and going in knowing what we are doing can help. Some brides also feel that it eases their worries about their final wedding day look. But as stated above, you are not obligated to have one!

Is there a travel fee?
The travel fee is $50 and includes up to 50 miles. If you are further than the 50 miles, we can find a price that is fair!

Am I allowed to take services off or add services on to my contract?
If someone in your party decides they no longer want services that are contracted, you can take them off without penalty 2 months prior to the wedding. If it is after the 2 months, you will be charged 30% of the contracted service. If you would like to add services on, you may do that all the way up to the wedding IF enough staff is available. When we book your date, we schedule enough help for the contracted services. We cannot promise that we will have enough experts to service anymore than that contracted amount, as we often have more than one wedding in a day. It is best to let us know ASAP and we will do our best to accommodate!

What brand of makeup do you use?
We believe that skin is not a one size fits all matter. Therefore, we use many different products from many different lines (All high end professional cosmetic lines). As far as airbrush makeup we use the brand Temptu (machine and makeup)!

What is the difference between airbrush and traditional makeup?
Both are wonderful, and both will make you a more beautiful version of yourself! One of the most obvious differences is the application process. Traditional makeup is done with tools such a sponges, brushes, or fingers while airbrush makeup is done using a machine. Both are extremely long lasting and provide and HD finish. If you have specific concerns and want to know which one is best for you, let me know and we can go over the details.

When is my final balance due?
Your balance is to be paid in either the week leading up to the leading via credit card or paypal, OR can be payed the day of by cash. If each client is paying separate for their services on the day of the wedding, we require there to be a person designated to collect all the payments. It is a hectic morning and we want our stylist focusing on the task at hand (making you MORE beautiful) rather than worrying about who paid who and who owes what.
